Once logged into the Customer Center, please navigate to Purchased Software -> Upgrade Software with Current Maintenance.

By checking this box I acknowledge that once upgraded, older-version licenses may not be available for use, or may only be available for a limited time, and will not be renewable upon expiration. For SAP2000, CSiBridge, ETABS and SAFE, the previous version may be configured to run with the upgraded license. Please consider carefully whether you have any projects underway that require access to older-version licenses before proceeding. Please note that you are not required to upgrade all of your licenses at once. You may keep some licenses at the older version number if you wish, and you may upgrade them at a later date.
